Over 16 million people struggle with not taking their prescription medication properly, including adults, children, and the elderly. This personal project addresses these issues by setting reminders, providing medication information, and offering emergency contact details across multiple accounts. I began by conducting user research through focus groups and surveys to gather insights. The challenge was ensuring we had enough participants for meaningful results, which we overcame with task-based quantitative and qualitative testing. After developing low-fidelity wireframes, we refined the design into high-fidelity versions. PillMedica was a success, with user-driven insights guiding impactful design decisions.
